How is this different from traditional businesses?
Traditional businesses like Real Estate, a brick and mortar business and start-ups have a high barrier to entry in terms of capital and entrepreneurship experience. You would have to borrow money from banks or financial institutions to invest in real estate. Moreover, exiting a real estate investment is not easy because of market compeition and the liquidity of the prospect buyer. On the other hand, you need to buy stock of public listed companies through brokers to invest in start-ups or in a public listed business. In summary, it is not easily accessible for an ordinary individual to invest in real estate or businesses or startups.
What is an F-NFT?

If you're new to the term, NFTs stands for "Non-Fungible Tokens", which are cryptographic assets on a blockchain with unique identification codes and metadata that distinguish them from each other.
